Starting this Saturday, we’ll be serving up whole hog barbecue and more from 12-4pm in Charlotte! Join us for ‘cue, burgers, wings and sides with plenty of cocktails, beer and wine available to round out your lunch.
Zach Goodyear, co-owner and two-time champion NC Barbecue Pitmaster, will be cooking an entire hog and smoking chicken or turkey for our members. Order up a sandwich with pork or turkey and a side for $8, a tray with meat and slaw for $10, or a plate with meat and two sides for $14. If you can’t stick around, pre-order ‘cue by the pound for $18 at firstname.lastname@example.org. We only cook one whole hog each Saturday, so when it’s gone, it’s gone.
