Our updated restaurant menu features simple ingredients from local purveyors all cooked over the open-hearth live fire.

New items include: A Charcuterie plate with a rotating selection of cheeses and meats; Duck & Oyster Gumbo with Carolina Gold Rice, Duck Confit and a Calabash oyster; a Charred Caesar with Charred Romaine, Anchovy, Preserved Citrus, 60-degree Egg, Shaved Pecorino and Prosciutto Crisp; and an NC Soft Shell Crab Po’Boy with Shaved Iceberg, Remoulade, Charred Lemon and Heirloom Tomato. And The Crunkleton now serves dessert! We’re currently featuring Campfire S’mores with a House-Made Virgin Bourbon marshmallow, Pecan Pie and a changing Seasonal Crumble.

Now that the farmers market is back in full swing, diners can expect to see daily and weekly specials featuring locally sourced North Carolina seafood and ingredients from nearby farms. And we are proud to be working with Wilmington’s Shell’em Seafood to supply all our oysters and clams.
