We’ve launched our new February Specials! Chef Balch is at it again, creating some amazing new dishes for February:
- Brasstown Beef Shortrib Ravioli with Charred Broccolini, Pickled Mushrooms, Sunny Egg, Manchego, and Perigord Truffles
- Chorizo Dirty Rice Stuffed Grilled Squid with Confit Fingerling Potatoes, Pea Shoots, Roasted Red Pepper Romesco, and Chimichurri
- Charred Butternut Squash Carpaccio with Chili Lime Pumpkin Seeds, Toasted Coriander Chantilly, Pecan Bourbon Syrup, Micros, and Charred Barrel Salt
- The Crunkleton Charlotte has also launched its Gluten-Free and Vegetarian menus this week. These thoughtfully curated menus are available for guests to easily choose versions of dishes The Crunkleton is known for, with their dietary requirements in mind. Options include gluten-free bread and pasta, vegetarian cauliflower ‘wings’, and Beyond Burgers.
