Led by our own Chris Capps and Emma Rothweil of Jefferson’s. Start your afternoon with a Paper Plane welcome cocktail featuring Jefferson’s Bourbon, followed by a tasting and a delicious lunch prepared by our talented Chef, Greg Balch. Lunch will be served alongside an additional cocktail created by Chris Capps.
